- Make yourself comfortable and take a few deep breaths until you feel all tension is leaving your body. Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.
- When you feel you are ready, open your eyes and remember the image you were drawn to first.
- Scroll down to find the matching image and description. Then focus on the center of the image. Take some time to do this; at least a few minutes.
- Take three deep breaths, in through the nose, out through the mouth. Observe what is happening within yourself.
- Now read the description and meaning of the card and contemplate how you can apply this concept to your life.
