Turmeric and Cayenne Pepper Health Boosting Tea (video below)
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 Teaspoon Organic or Raw Honey
- 1 Half Lemon
- Add cayenne pepper and turmeric to a ceramic or glass cup.
- Juice half a lemon and add the juice to the cayenne pepper and turmeric.
- Add boiled spring water to desired level.
- Stir in honey and drink once or twice a day.
