(Serves 2) Time: 5 min Ingredients: 2 Tbsp. raw almond butter 2 cups filtered water 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract 1-2 dates to sweeten OR 1/4-1/2 tsp. monk-fruit sweetener (optional) Instructions:- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. There may be a small bit of sediment from the date, which you can strain out, if you wish. Taste, and add more sweetener, if desired.
- For best taste, refrigerate for at least an hour.
