Restful sleep

I notice a huge difference with my sleep. I wake less frequently and I wake feeling rested. I also don’t experience any Charley horse symptoms. I would highly recommend giving it a try.

I require this supplement more than others

I do feel a difference when I am not taking Magnesium Breakthrough. I start to feel tightness in my calves and thighs and then I know I may be in for a charleyhorse, which is a cramp that really hurts. It usually happens to me first thing when I wake up and get out of bed.
If I take one a day consistently I have no problems.
I think it is the best magnesium supplement because it has 7 different magnesiums in it.

Outstanding Magnesium Supplement!

This is the best magnesium supplement that I have ever taken! I am sleeping through the night without waking up. I only take 1 capsule after dinner and I sleep extremely well now thanks to this combination of magnesium.
