Cymbiotika Magnesium L-Threonate was originally developed by a team of scientists at MIT. This form of magnesium is highly absorbable and has been shown to increase brain levels of magnesium better than any other form of magnesium known to date. In a clinical study of adults with cognitive impairment, Magnesium L-Threonate reversed measures of brain aging by 9 years.

Magnesium is considered the most commonly deficient mineral in the human diet.
