Turmeric Cauliflower

Ingredients

6 cups (480g) cauliflower, chopped into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces

2 tsp. avocado oil or olive oil

1 tsp. turmeric powder

½ tsp. cumin powder

½ tsp. black pepper

¼ tsp. garlic powder

¼ tsp. cayenne powder (optional)

¼ tsp. salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (218 degrees Celsius).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, toss the cauliflower with the oil and spices. Then lay out on the baking sheet in a single / flat layer. Roast for 30-35 minutes until cauliflower is just starting to brown.
