Our Story
The story of NoniLand begins as a journey into our imagination. Our story takes place within a jungle paradise setting on the north shore of one of the Hawaiian Islands: this is NoniLand. NoniLand is a certified organic, certified biodynamic agricultural research center, bee sanctuary and farm. Now picture all the trees at NoniLand sending their roots deep into mineral-rich soils, while extending their leafy branches into the warm, tropical sun and calm ocean breezes.
Amongst this tropical paradise one finds growing hundred of fruit, nut and medicinal trees including hundreds of Cacao (chocolate) trees, many with Vanilla growing upon them. We have never used any chemical on this permaculture farm ever.
NoniLand Vanilla Beans will naturally enhance teas, desserts, cookies, meals and superfood drinks. Vanilla is one of the great superherbs or tonic herbs on Earth.
Inside each Vanilla bean will be found a creamy caviar gel. This material is wonderful to add to desserts, cookies and all different types of elixirs. If you scrape the gel you can use this to add to any recipe you are creating. The outer Vanilla casing may be soaked in tea, honey, coffee water or an oil to extract the Vanilla flavor. Remember a little bit of this creamy gel and the outer Vanilla casing goes a long way.

I saw David post on Telegram that "chocolate still has extraordinary secrets" in reference to these freeze-dried cacao beans. And he was not kidding. I was amazed with the first bite. I initially tasted the bitter taste of cacao nibs, and then it was overtaken by the sweetness of the white pulp. The combination of the pure, bitter bean with the sweet outer covering tasted, strangely and briefly, of a very dark chocolate bar. I was smitten and couldn't stop eating them. About ten minutes later, I felt a blissful, slightly buzzed feeling. These beans are very special and I love treating myself to them a couple times per week. It feels especially good knowing that these beans come from David's pristine farm in Hawaii and are thus free of the lead contamination issues that plague most chocolate from the third world, including organic and fair trade varieties.
