Subscription Policy

Thank you for joining the David Wolfe Shop subscription community—where nature’s power meets consistency and savings. Please review the following guidelines before placing your subscription order.

Three Payment Minimum
By subscribing to any of our subscription plans, you agree to commit to aminimum of three (3) successful payments. Subscribers mayskip one (1) shipment during this period. However, the subscriptioncannot be canceled before completing the three payments.

Pausing Subscriptions
After completingthree (3) successful payments, you may pause your subscription at any time. After a three-month pause, our team will contact you to discuss your subscription status; you can keep it paused if you choose. You may cancel your subscription at any time after the first three payments are made.

Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription anytime after the first three successful payments. However, to protect the integrity of our subscription system, each customer is limited tofive (5) cancellations per calendar year. After five cancellations, new subscriptions will be restricted until the next calendar year.

Billing & Payment
Subscribers are billed at the interval selected during checkout, and are responsible for all payments, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges.Payment will be processed automatically on the selected billing cycle until the subscription is canceled.

Refunds
As per our generalrefund policy, we will gladly offer refunds for damaged or incorrect items. However, refunds will not be issued for early subscription cancellations. The subscriptions will be shipped as usual and canceled beginning with the next billing cycle.

Subscription Modifications
Chaga, Inc. reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, shipment frequency, or other terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via email, and any changes will take effect at the next billing cycle.
