Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2-4 business days. Processing times may be extended during high-volume order periods, such as during the holiday season, David Wolfe’s Plant-Based Detoxes, live events, and sales periods. During these high-volume times, it may take 3-9 business days to fulfill orders.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, assuming all ordered products are IN STOCK. We reserve the right to hold the order, within reason, for out-of-stock products to be received, so we may send orders in one shipment.
We use UPS and USPS to ship regular, no-rush orders. Customers will be able to choose the desired shipping method (for example, 2-day Priority or Express shipping) during the online ordering and checkout process on David Wolfe’s Shop website. USPS Priority and UPS Air typically have quicker delivery times. USPS ground or First Class shipping options are no longer available.
Please note that, from time to time, Chaga, Inc. will choose an alternative shipping method based on current shipping rates and transit times. If the shipping method should not be changed due to deliverability, please add a note to the order at checkoutandcall us, so we are aware of this specification: (775) 42WOLFE (775) 429-6533.

Please Note: expedited shipping rates may apply. Our goal is customer satisfaction; therefore, please know: when overnight or expedited shipping is chosen, this relates only to the shipping transit time once the package leaves our warehouse. If an order requires expedited processing and fulfillment, as well, please include a note in the order AND contact us directly.
Shipping for Saturday delivery is possible for most orders; extra shipping charges typically apply.
Shipment Tracking
Once an order is fulfilled and labeled for shipping, customers receive an email and/or text message with the tracking details. Tracking numbers newly created may show unavailable or “Label Created, not yet in system.” Please know this status will update as soon as the courier picks up and scans the order into their system.

Note: the customer is responsible for the FULL value of a shipment if they enter an incorrect shipping address and the products are shipped based on that incorrect address.
For international orders placed by new customers, due to past issues with fraud, we will take extra steps to verify the order before processing. We will contact the customer via email and/or telephone to confirm the order.
Due to these precautionary steps, international orders may take 1-3 weeks to ship, depending upon how quickly orders are verified, and also several weeks to arrive, depending on the country of destination.
Chaga, Inc. is not responsible for Customs fees or the shipment being rejected at the border. Once the shipment is returned, the products are inspected, and if in excellent condition, the customer will be contacted and refunded the amount of the order, less a 5% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
